沪渝蓉高铁引入恩施地区新客站站址研究方案

摘要 沪渝蓉高铁宜昌至涪陵段是国家《中长期铁路网规划》中“八纵八横”高速铁路网之一的沿江通道的重要组成部分。为稳定引入恩施地区新客站站址方案,考虑地理位置、既有铁路布局、城市总体规划和综合交通规划等因素影响,研究了四方坪站址方案(方案I)和头道水站址方案(方案II)两大方案。通过对服务城市人口、城市规划协调性、运营质量和工程投资等方面的综合比选,推荐采用头道水设站方案。本研究为山区铁路车站选址在多因素制约下的研究提供了详实的方法和思路,可为类似工程项目提供有益的参考。 The Yichang-Fuling section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed railway is an important part of the riverside corridor,one of the"eight vertical and eight horizontal"high-speed railway networks in the national"medium and long-term railway network planning".In order to determine the site scheme of Enshi new passenger station introduced into the project,considering the influence of factors such as geographical location,existing railway layout,urban overall planning and comprehensive transportation planning,two major scheme studies were carried out on the new station site of Enshi,namely Sifangping station site scheme(scheme I)and Toudaoshui site scheme(scheme II).Through the comprehensive comparison of the two schemes in terms of urban population,urban planning coordination,operation quality and project investment,the Toudaoshui site scheme(scheme II).was finally recommended.This study provides a detailed method and idea for the study of the station construction scheme of mountain railway under the constraint of multiple factors,and can provide a useful reference for similar engineering projects.
