摘要
城市商务区的外部环境很大程度上影响该地区的吸引力,其形态设计方法上存在主观性和滞后性,对其形态和气候缺乏针对性的研究。本文的目的是采用参数化方法对城市热环境性能与城市形态设计进行寻优,验证该设计方法的有效性并通过寻优过程的趋势总结设计要点。首先,论文对武汉市商务区的形态进行抽象,构建了理想街区模型。其次,以热环境指标为目标,通过遗传算法对目标结果进行多目标寻优,得出室外空间热环境指标水平最好,又能相对保持最大土地开发强度的一组前沿解。最后,对算法寻优过程进行评价,对获得的前沿解进行验证和分析。研究证明了该方法的有效性,提取了寻优结果的规律.同时发现容积率是城市外部气候设计的关键控制要素.
s the forms of Wuhan's business districts and constructs an ideal block model.Secondly,with the thermal environment indicators as the goal,the genetic algorithm is used to perform multi-objective optimization of the target results,resulting in a set of frontier solutions that have the best outdoor space thermal environment indicators while relatively maintaining the maximum land development intensity.Finally,the algorithm optimization process is evaluated,and the obtained frontier solutions are verified and analyzed.The research proves the effectiveness of this method and extracts the laws of the optimization results.At the same time,it is found that the floor area ratio is a key control element for urban external climate design.
