疼痛护理干预对骨科术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Pain Care Intervention on Pain and Sleep Quality in Patients after Orthopaedic Surgery

目的:疼痛护理干预对骨科术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年2月在临沂市人民医院骨科进行治疗的骨折手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组实施疼痛护理,对照组实施常规护理,遂对组间研究对象疼痛积分、睡眠质量积分、护理满意度以及负面情绪积分进行数据比较。结果:护理后,观察组疼痛积分、睡眠质量积分和负面情绪积分均低于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科术后患者护理阶段实施疼痛护理干预,可有效降低患者疼痛感知,提高其睡眠质量和护理满意度,改善其心理环境,可推广应用。

Objective:Effect of pain nursing intervention on pain and sleep quality in patients after orthopedics.Methods:From January 2023 to February 2024,30 patients were treated for the subjects:observation group(n=30,pain care)and the control group(n=30,routine care),comparing the data of pain,sleep quality,nursing satisfaction and negative emotion score.Results:After comparison,the pain,sleep quality and negative emotion points were lower in the observation group than the control group;the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of pain nursing intervention in the orthopedic postoperative patient care stage can effectively reduce patients′pain perception,improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,and improve their psychological environment,which can be promoted and applied.
