摘要
通过构建以专业定位和培养方案、师资建设、专业建设与改革、教学管理、人才培养质量基本教学条件和使用、专业特色为核心的校内本科专业评估指标体系,通过组织专业自评、专家线上评审及实地考察三个阶段的校级专业评估,促进专业内涵建设得到普遍重视、专业建设队伍水平不断提高,逐步形成了具有热带医学特色方向的本科专业培养模式。通过第一轮的校内专业自评实践,体会到今后进一步完善校内本科专业自评体系建设,应建立完善的专业评估长效机制,积极引入第三机构参与专业评估,并建立专业自评体系的动态调整和改进机制,确保专业评估取得实效。
by taking professional orientation and training scheme,teaching staff construction,basic teaching conditions and utilization,professional teaching construction and reform,teaching management,talent training quality,professional characteristics as the core of undergraduate professional evaluation index system,we organize the implementation of professional self-evaluation,expert evaluation and field three stage field professional evaluation,promote the professional connotation construction,professional construction team level,gradually formed the direction of tropical medicine undergraduate professional training mode.Through the first round of self-evaluation practice of campus majors,we realized that to further improve the self-evaluation system of undergraduate majors in the future,a sound long-term professional evaluation mechanism should actively introduce third institutions to participate in professional evaluation,and a dynamic adjustment and improvement mechanism of professional self-evaluation system should be established to ensure the effectiveness of professional evaluation.
