摘要
生物信息学是现代生命科学发展过程中形成的一门新兴前沿交叉学科。将思政元素融入生物信息学教学过程,是落实立德树人根本任务,实现全方位育人,推动我国生物信息产业发展,培养高质量的生物信息学人才的重要举措。结合本科“生物信息学”课程思政建设的培养目标,分析构建生物信息学思想政治课程需要注意的问题,从教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面对“生物信息学”课程思政建设进行初步探索与实践,从而更好地培养高素质的生物信息学人才。
Bioinformatics is a new frontier interdisciplinary discipline formed in the development of modern life science.Integrating the ideological and political elements of the curriculum into the teaching process of bioinformatics is an important measure to implement moral education,achieve all-round education,promote the development of China’s bioinformatics industry,and cultivate high-quality bioinformatics talents.Combining the cultivation objectives of ideological and political construction of undergraduate Bioinformatics course,this paper analyzed the issues that need to be paid attention to in constructing the ideological and political curriculum of bioinformatics,and preliminarily explored and practiced the ideological and political construction of Bioinformatics courses from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and assessment methods,in order to better cultivate high-quality bioinformatics talents.
