新时代高校少数民族思想政治教育工作作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在促进各民族交往、交流、交融,铸牢中华民族共同体意识以及维护社会稳定发展等方面发挥着重要作用。高校开展少数民族学生思想政治教育要深化实践育人功能,以“三季育人”为抓手、以红色教育基地为依托、以学生党员为朋辈引领者、以第三课堂为载体,在增强思想政治育人吸引力的基础上力求实效,培养一批德智体美劳全面发展、能够担负起实现中华民族伟大复兴重要使命的社会主义建设者和接班人。

As an important component of higher education in China,the ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in universities plays a significant role in promoting communication,exchange,integration among various ethnic groups,strengthening the sense of the Chinese nation as a community,and maintaining social stability and development.The ideological and political education for ethnic minority students in universities should deepen the practical function of nurturing talents.It should focus on the“Three Seasons of Nurturing Talents”approach,rely on red education bases,be guided by peer mentors who are student Party members,and utilize the“Third Classroom”as a carrier.The goal is to achieve practical effectiveness in enhancing the appeal of ideological and political education,cultivating a group of well-rounded individuals with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor development,who are capable of shouldering the important mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and being builders and successors of socialist construction.
