高校辅导员推进中医药文化思想政治教育的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures for College Counselors to Promote the Ideological and Political Education of Chinese Medicine Culture

中医药文化源远流长、博大精深,是中华民族几千年来对维护生命健康、防治疾病进行实践探索所形成的智慧结晶,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育资源和育人元素。中医药院校的辅导员是从事大学生日常思想政治教育的骨干力量,是锤炼大学生优良品德的塑造者。因此,辅导员应在指导高校大学生学好中医药技术的基础上,引领他们正确认识中医药文化价值,坚定中医药文化自信,真正成长为可堪当我国中医药文化复兴大任的时代新人,意义重大。基于此,探讨了辅导员将思想政治教育与中医药文化教育相结合的工作现状和重要意义,并在“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”理念指导下研究辅导员推进中医药文化思想政治教育的可行性对策。

The Chinese medicine culture is broad and profound,with a long history.It is the wisdom crystallization formed by the Chinese nation’s thousands of years of practice and exploration to maintain life and health,prevent and cure diseases.It contains rich ideological and political resources and educational elements as well.As counselors in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,they are the backbone of daily ideological and political education for college students,and the shapers of college students’fine morality.Therefore,it is of great significance for counselors to guide college students to correctly understand the value of Chinese medicine culture,strengthen their confidence in Chinese medicine culture,and truly grow into a new generation who can be worthy of the great task of rejuvenating Chinese medicine culture on the basis of guiding them to learn Chinese medicine technology well.This paper mainly studies the current situation and significance of counselors’work of combining ideological and political education with traditional Chinese medicine cultural education.Under the guidance of the concept of“Full staff education,whole process education,and all-round education”,it studies the feasible countermeasures for counselors to promote the ideological and political education of Chinese medicine culture.
