校企合作视域下校企协同培养德技并修的人才,需要将优秀企业文化融入思想政治理论课。优秀企业文化具有先进属性,可以为思想政治理论课提供优良素材;推动校企协同育人由“可能的目的”向“必要的目的”深化;追问教育的本质和目的,将优秀企业文化有机融入思想政治理论课堂,有利于提高大学生综合素质。校企深度合作重塑企业文化,推动优秀企业文化融入思想政治理论课,辅助企业树立先进典型,引导大学生正确确立发展目标和进行成长规划;以科研项目作为平台,建立产教融合产学研合作机制,推进校企协同育人德技并修;在新发展格局视野下发挥高校的服务社会职能,促进企业文化重塑以及优秀企业文化融入思想政治理论课。

From the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,it is necessary to integrate excellent corporate culture into ideological and political courses in order to cultivate talents with both morality and technology.Excellent corporate culture has advanced attributes and provides excellent materials for ideological and political courses.We should promote the deepening of collaborative education between schools and enterprises from“possible goals”to“necessary goals”.Exploring the essence and purpose of education and organically integrating excellent corporate culture into ideological and political classrooms is beneficial for improving the overall quality of college students.Deeply collaborating between schools and enterprises to reshape corporate culture and promote the integration of excellent corporate culture into ideological and political courses:assisting enterprises in establishing advanced models and guiding college students to establish correct development goals and growth plan;Using scientific research projects as a platform to establish a mechanism for integrating industry,education,and research,and promote collaborative education between schools and enterprises for moral and technical education.From the perspective of the new development pattern,universities should play their role in serving society,promote the reshaping of corporate culture,and integrate excellent corporate culture into ideological and political courses.
