促进创新能力培养的深度学习机理与模式构建

摘要 教育数字化转型阶段迫切呼唤创新人才的培养。在数字时代背景下,立足课堂开展创新人才培养的教学改革成为关注的重点。基于此,综合应用文献研究、理论演绎、案例研究等方法,从深度学习角度出发,演绎促进创新能力培养的内部机理,构建基于创新能力培养的ACPR模型,以广州市某高校开展教学实践。数据表明,基于创新能力培养的ACPR模式能够有效促进学习者创新能力的提升,研究结果能够为创新人才培养提供理论指导与实践参考。 The digital transformation of education urgently calls for the cultivation of innovative talents.In the digital era,the teaching reform of innovative talent training based on the classroom has become the focus of attention.Based on this,the study comprehensively applies the methods of literature research,theoretical deduction,and case study,deduces the internal mechanism of promoting the cultivation of innovation ability from the perspective of deep learning,constructs the ACPR model based on the cultivation of innovation ability,and puts forward the implementation strategy of promoting the cultivation of students’innovation ability.And the teaching practice in a university in Guangzhou shows that the ACPR model based on the cultivation of innovative ability can effectively promote the cultivation of students’innovative ability and can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the training of the innovative ability.
