如何加强高校学生的人文素质教育创新——以北京邮电大学“博文树人”辅导员工作室为例

How to Strengthen the Innovation Ability of Humanistic Education for College Students at Present:Taking Bowenshuren Counsellor Studio in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an Example

人文素质既是个体按照社会要求处理与他人关系的内在品质和基本态度,也是中华优秀传统文化和人民文明程度的集中体现。人文素质教育更是有关高校人才培育的能力和质量。近几年,面对新形势、新使命、新要求,如何加强创新,全面加强高校学生人文素质教育,培养学生的家国情怀,成为高校学生人文素质教育未来能够持续发展进步的重中之重。基于此,在深度挖掘高校人文素质教育现状的基础上,系统阐明了人文素质教育创新的必要性,同时结合北京邮电大学“博文树人”辅导员工作室的具体做法,给出了加强学生人文素质教育的创新举措,以期为各高校加强人文素质教育创新提供新思路、新理念和新方法。

Humanistic quality is not only the internal quality and basic attitude of an individual to deal with the relationship with others in accordance with the requirements of society,but also the concentrated embodiment of China’s outstanding traditional culture and national civilization.Humanistic education plays an important role in cultivating the ability of college talents.In recent years,in the face of the new situation,new mission and new requirements,how to strengthen innovation,comprehensively develop the humanistic education,and cultivate students’emotion of“family-country”have become the major issue for the sustainable development of humanistic education of college students.On the basis of in-depth exploration of the current situation of humanistic education in colleges and universities,this paper systematically expounds the necessity of innovation in humanistic education combined with the specific practice of Bowenshuren counselor studio of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.This paper also proposes innovative measures to strengthen the humanistic education of college students,so as to provide new ideas and new methods for strengthening the innovation of humanistic quality education in colleges.
