烧结矿预冷却技术及装备研究

摘要 为了对烧结矿的高品质余热进行充分回收利用,提升环冷机布料的均匀性和热量分布的合理性,进一步提高烧结矿显热回收效率,本文使用可实现烧结矿冷却和高品质余热回收的预冷却装置取代现有烧冷系统中的给料溜槽,并引入可提高换热效率和余热品位的气固逆流换热方式,形成烧结矿预冷却技术。同时,对预冷却装置进行结构设计,基于Fluent和EDEM仿真平台,对比分析两种不同结构方案装置内部的气流分布、料层阻力以及物料流动情况,并对装置的换热效果进行验证,从而获得最佳的预冷却装置结构方案和运行参数。烧结矿预冷却技术及装备在湘潭钢铁集团有限公司360 m^(2)烧结机1.5 a的实际运行经验表明,该技术可改善环冷机布料的平整度,将余热锅炉蒸汽产量由34 t/h提升至40 t/h左右,显著提高了烧结矿显热的回收效率。 In order to fully recycle the high-quality waste heat of sinter,improve the uniformity of ring cooler distribution and the rationality of heat distribution,so as to further improve the sensible heat recovery efficiency of sinter,the feeding chute in the existing sintering cooling system was replaced by a pre-cooling device that can realize sinter cooling and high-quality waste heat recover,and a gas-solid countercurrent heat transfer method was introduced that can improve the heat transfer efficiency and waste heat grade to form a sinter pre-cooling technology.At the same time,the structural design of the pre-cooling device was carried out.Based on the Fluent and EDEM simulation platforms,the internal airflow distribution,material layer resistance and material flow of the device under two different structural schemes were compared and analyzed,and the heat transfer effect of the device was ve-rified,so as to obtain the best structural scheme and operating parameters of the pre-cooling device.Up to now,the pre-cooling device of sinter has been running for more than one and a half years in the 360 m^(2) sintering machine of Xiangsteel Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,which is found to have improved the flatness of the ring cooler and increased the steam output of the waste heat boiler from 34 t/h to about 40 t/h,thus effectively improv the sensible heat recovery efficiency of sinter.
