某钢筋混凝土筒仓受损分析及合理加固设计方案研究

摘要 钢筋混凝土筒仓是应用范围广泛的一种储仓结构,目前被广泛应用于多个行业的储存工作中。在实际工程中,仓体结构受损的情况时有发生,需要维修、加固。但很多设计人员对筒仓的受力情况没有清晰的概念,对筒仓的维修、加固设计工作更是无从下手。本研究针对某实际工程钢筋混凝土筒仓加固方案实例进行结构分析、经济比较,提出经济合理、安全有效的加固维修方案,以期为筒仓结构设计人员提供参考。 Reinforced concrete silos are widely applied storage structures in many industries at present.They are often damaged in the actual engineering,so they need to be repaired and reinforced.However,many design personnel do not have a clear understanding of the stress on silos,so they are unable to design how to repair and reinforce silos.In this study,the reinforced concrete silo reinforcement scheme of one project was subject to structural analysis and economical comparison.An economical,reasonable,safe and effective reinforcement and repair scheme was proposed,as a reference for silo structure design personnel.
