用户侧柔性潜力表征与量化方法研究

摘要 随着可再生能源比例占建筑能源系统的增加,在智能电网背景下,用户侧用能的灵活性对能源系统越来越重要。在大多数研究中采用控制策略或挖掘建筑自身潜力的方式实现柔性用能,但量化柔性潜力与灵活性程度的指标因控制策略、系统形式、使用范围等因素而异,缺少具有代表性的量化指标。本研究关注单体建筑自身与能源系统中的电与热需求灵活性,对文献中柔性的定义、灵活性来源、量化方法以及量化指标进行归纳讨论;分析各类量化指标的适用范围与其优缺点,提出了一个灵活性量化的基本框架,为用户侧柔性潜力分析提供理论指导。 In most studies,energy is consumed flexibly based on the control strategy or by exploring the potential of buildings.However,the indexes of quantifying the flexibility potential and degree vary in terms of the control strategy,system form,application scope and other factors.There is a lack of representative indexes of quantification.This study focuses on the flexibility of electrical and thermal demands of individual buildings and energy systems.The flexibility definition,flexibility source,quantification method and quantification indexes in literature are summarized and discussed,and the application scope,advantages and shortcoming of quantification indexes are analyzed.A basic framework is proposed for flexibility quantification,which provides a theoretical guide for the analysis of user-side flexibility potential.
