钢丝绳网片外加聚合物砂浆面层加固RC梁受弯试验研究

摘要 为研究钢丝绳网片外加聚合物砂浆面层加固技术的加固作用,对钢丝绳网片外加聚合物砂浆面层加固低强度RC梁进行了试验研究。本研究设计了1组对比试件,即对1个采用钢丝绳网片外加聚合物砂浆面层加固的试验梁和1个不进行加固的试验梁,分别进行荷载试验,对比了2根梁的混凝土应变、承载力、跨中挠度及裂缝开展情况。研究表明:经本方法加固的RC梁仍符合平截面假定,加固后RC梁的承载力、刚度、裂缝状态等受力性能有了不同程度的改善,钢丝绳网片外加聚合物砂浆面层法作为低强度混凝土受弯构件加固的手段,具有一定的适用性,相关结论可为混凝土受弯构件的加固设计提供依据。 In order to study the reinforcement with wire rope mesh plus polymer mortar surface layer,the reinforcement of low-strength RC beams with wire rope mesh plus polymer mortar surface layer was tested and studied.In this study,a group of control specimens were designed,namely,one test beam reinforced with wire rope mesh plus polymer mortar surface layer,and one test beam without reinforcement.The load test was performed to the two beams.The concrete strain,bearing capacity,mid-span deflection and cracking of the two beams were compared.Research showed:The RC beams reinforced by this method are still compliant with plane assumptions.The bearing capacity,stiffness,crack status and other mechanical properties of the reinforced RC beams were improved to different degrees.As the means for reinforcement of low-strength concrete flexural members,reinforcement with wire rope mesh plus polymer mortar surface layer has some applicability.Relevant conclusions provide a basis for the reinforcement design of concrete flexural members.
