浙江省脑机接口产业发展趋势研究

Research on development and trends of brain-computer interface industry in Zhejiang Province

摘要 脑机接口(Brain-Computer Interface,BCI)是人工智能与脑科学交叉融合的前沿方向,其发展正处于由科研走向市场的拐点,已成为各国各地抢占未来产业“新赛道”的战略必争之地。基于浙江省脑机融合技术研究和转化方面的先行优势,对BCI发展前沿成果、浙江省BCI发展基础及短板开展研究,分析重点领域发展趋势,提出了抢抓机遇加快布局,围绕神经环路解析、BCI芯片、脑机智能融合、脑机医疗应用等领域,加强政策支持,打造重大平台,培育领军企业,加快场景应用,推动多跨协同,变“0到1”的优势为“1到100”的胜势,将BCI产业培育为我国未来产业优势赛道的发展建议。 Brain-computer interface(BCI)is a cutting-edge direction in the intersection and integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and neuroscience.Its development is at a turning point from scientific research to the market,and it has become a strategic battleground for countries and regions to seize the“new track”of future industries.Based on the leading advantages in research and transformation of brain-computer integration technology,Zhejiang Province has conducted research on the cutting-edge achievements of BCI development,as well as the foundation and shortcomings of Zhejiang Province’s BCI development.This paper analyzed the development trends of key areas,and proposed seizing opportunities to accelerate the layout.Around areas such as neural circuit analysis,BCI chips and electrode materials,brain-computer intelligent fusion systems,and brain-computer medical applications,policy support has been strengthened,major platforms have been created,leading enterprises have been cultivated,scene applications have been accelerated,and multi cross collaboration has been promoted to transform the“0-100”advantage into a“1-100”advantage.The BCI industry should be cultivated as a leading industry in the future.
