摘要
本文结合肃州区的实际情况,对肃州区的城镇建设用地基准地价进行了评估。首先介绍了城镇基准地价的特点及地价评估的重要性,随后分别详细分析了商服用地、住宅用地、工业用地各自的基准定价评估,希望通过分析可以提高城镇土地基准地价评估的精度和可靠性,为土地管理和决策提供科学依据。
Based on the actual situation of Suzhou District,this paper evaluates the benchmark land price of urban construction land in Suzhou District.This paper first introduces the characteristics of urban benchmark land price and the importance of land price evaluation,and then analyzes the benchmark price evaluation of commercial service land,residential land and industrial land in detail respectively,hoping that the analysis can improve the accuracy and reliability of urban land benchmark land price evaluation and provide scientific basis for land management and decision-making.
