摘要
在甘肃省永登县开展芍药直接引种(T1)和引种3年后再分株栽培(T2)对比试验,揭示两种栽培方式下芍药生长的差异性,探讨国外芍药品种在国内的适宜性。通过分析原产地和引种地气候因子,测定物候期、农艺性状、个体质量及含量,在大田管理条件下,甘肃永登气候适宜引进国外芍药,T1和T2栽培方式下国外芍药品种均能生长开花,花色纯正,花型饱满,茎秆直立粗壮,叶片浓郁。与T2栽培方式比较,T1栽培方式下芍药生长表现更优,成活率提高4.26%(P<0.05),成花率提高8.34%(P<0.01),单根鲜重、根粗、根长、侧根数和芽数分别增加了0.31 kg(P<0.05)、3.27 mm(P<0.05)、7.00 cm(P<0.05)和5个(P<0.01),根部主要成分芍药苷含量提高48.68%(P<0.01)。以上表明,直接引种更有利于芍药在甘肃永登地区的生长,具有更高的市场前景和经济价值。
To reveal the difference of Paeonia lactiflora growth between direct introduction(T1)and restrain transplanting 3 years after introduction(T2),an experiment was carried out to explore the suitability of foreign P.lactiflora in China suitability period.Agronomic traits,quality seeding and content were measured regularly.The results showed that the climatic condition in Yongdeng County was suitable for cultivating P.lactiflora.Foreign P.lactiflora could grow and blossom,meanwhile pure colour,full flower shapes,upright and strong stems,and rich leaves were obtained under the field management conditions both in T1 and T2.Compared with T2,T1 showed better growth performance,survival rate was increased by 4.26%(P<0.05),survival rate of the flowering rate was increased significantly by 8.34%(P<0.01),fresh weight of root seedling,root diameter,root length,lateral-roots and the number of buds were increased by 0.31 kg(P<0.05),3.27 mm(P<0.05),7.00 cm(P<0.05)and 5 numbers(P<0.01),the content of its main component paeoniflorin was increased by 48.68%(P<0.01).In conclusion,the direct introduction is more conducive to the growth of P.lactiflora and has higher market prospect and value.
