摘要
数字技术改变了智能制造现场工程师的职业价值、职业环境,是现场工程师必须具备的职业技能,已成为国家规划的重点任务。通过分析近年来出台的国家职业技能标准,结合对智能制造现场工程师、高校教师进行数字技能方向访谈,解析出数字技能的构成要素、建构要素、结构要素。以建构要素为顺序、构成要素为元素,对链式、层化、网状三种类型数字技能进行了数字技能结构分析。以此三种结构模型提出了突出底层数据驱动技能为培养主旨,构建分层次分专业结构化培养机制及构建混合式人才培养梯队的应对培养策略。
Digital technology has changed the professional value and professional environment of in⁃telligent manufacturing field engineers.It is a necessary vocational skill for field engineers and has become a key task of national planning.By analyzing the national vocational skills standards introduced in recent years and conducting interviews with intelligent manufacturing field engineers and university teachers,the constituent elements,construction elements,and structural elements of digital skills are analyzed.Taking the construction factors as the sequence,constituent factors as the elements,the digital skill structure analy⁃sis was conducted on three types of digital skills:chain,layer,and network.Based on these three structural models,a training strategy is proposed to highlight underlying data-driven skills,construct a hierarchical and specialized structured training mechanism,and build a hybrid talent training echelon.
