远红外线照射联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者动静脉内瘘的影响

Effect of Far Infrared Irradiation Combined with Mucopolysaccharide Cream on Arteriovenous Fistula in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure on Hemodialysis

目的:观察远红外线照射联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者动静脉内瘘的影响。方法:选取2023年1—6月于黔西南州人民医院进行血液透析的CRF患者70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用远红外线照射治疗。比较两组透析血流量、血管内径、透析穿刺处愈合时间、血痂消失时间、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组透析血流量增多,试验组多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血管内径增大,试验组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组透析穿刺处愈合时间、血痂消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:远红外线照射联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对CRF患者动静脉内瘘保护性较好,可提高患者透析容量,扩展血管内径,促进创口恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of far infrared irradiation combined with mucopolysaccharide cream on arteriovenous fistula in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)on hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with CRF who underwent hemodialysis were selected as the study objects in Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital from January to June 2023,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mucopolysaccharide cream,and the experimental group was treated with far infrared irradiation based on the control group.The blood flow rate,vascular diameter,healing time of dialysis puncture,time of blood scab disappearance and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood flow rate of the two groups increased,and the experimental group was more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood vessel diameter of the two groups increased,and the experimental group wast than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of dialysis puncture in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:Far infrared irradiation combined with mucopolysaccharide cream has a good protective effect on arteriovenous fistula in patients with CRF,which can increase the blood permeability of patients,expand the internal diameter of blood vessels,promote wound recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
