正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Orthodontic Combined with Oral Prosthesis in the Treatment of Congenital Missing Teeth

目的:观察正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月北京市西城区金融街社区卫生服务中心收治的先天性缺牙患者64例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组给予正畸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口腔修复治疗。比较两组治疗效果,语言功能、咀嚼功能评分以及恢复时间,生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);治疗后,两组语言功能、咀嚼功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能恢复时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组社会功能、躯体质量、角色功能、情绪功能评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的效果显著,不仅能够促进语言功能、咀嚼功能恢复,还能提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of orthodontic combined with oral prosthesis in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods:A total of 64 patients with congenital teeth loss were selected as the study objects at Jinrong Street Community Health Service Center,Xicheng District,Beijing from April 2022 to April 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was combined with oral prosthesis treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,speech and chewing function scores and recovery time,and quality of life between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After treatment,the scores of speech function and masticatory function of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of speech and mastication function in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of social function,body mass,role function and emotional function of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontics combined with oral prosthesis can not only promote the recovery of speech and chewing function,but also improve the quality of life.
