美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Metoprolol Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension

目的:分析美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月广州市中西医结合医院收治的原发性高血压患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用美托洛尔治疗。比较两组血压水平、负性情绪、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组早餐、午餐、晚餐后血压下降幅度减小,观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组躯体、认知、情绪、角色、社会功能评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果显著,可改善患者血压水平,减轻负性情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 patients with essential hypertension were selected as the study objects at Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2022,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with metoprolol based on the control group.Blood pressure,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the 24 h mean systolic blood pressure and 24 h mean diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased after breakfast,lunch and dinner,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating scale for depression and self-rating scale for anxiety decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of body,cognition,emotion,role and social function of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with nifedipine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can improve the blood pressure level of patients,reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
