益气健脾汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Breast Cancer

目的:分析益气健脾汤联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年4月在酒泉市第二人民医院接受治疗的86例乳腺癌患者为对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。给予对照组患者化疗治疗方案,给予观察组患者化疗联合益气健脾汤综合治疗方案。比较不同方案下两组患者生活质量、免疫功能改善情况及胃肠道不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者SF-36评分、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,CD8^(+)水平降低,观察组SF-36评分、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道不良反应轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对乳腺癌患者实施益气健脾汤联合化疗治疗方案可显著改善患者生活质量与免疫功能,降低胃肠道不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Tang combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:Eighty-six patients with breast cancer treated at the Second People's Hospital of Jiuquan from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group using the average number method.The control group received chemotherapy treatment,while the observation group received a comprehensive treatment plan of chemotherapy combined with Yiqi Jianpi Tang.The quality of life,improvement of immune function,and occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions were compared between the two groups under different treatment plans.Results:After treatment,SF-36 score,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels increased and CD8^(+)levels decreased in both groups,and SF-36 score,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group were milder than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:Implementing a treatment plan of Yiqi Jianpi Tang combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer patients can significantly improve patients'quality of life and immune function,and reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.
