手术室精细化护理在肺腺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺肿瘤根治术中的应用效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Fine Nursing in Operating Room on thoracoscopic Radical Resection of Lung Tumor in Patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma

目的:观察手术室精细化护理在肺腺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺肿瘤根治术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月于滨州医学院附属医院拟行胸腔镜下肺肿瘤根治术的肺腺癌患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用手术室精细化护理。比较两组围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术后引流管拔除时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:手术室精细化护理在肺腺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺肿瘤根治术中的应用效果显著,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To observe the effect of fine nursing in operating room on thoracoscopic radical resection of lung tumor in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods:A total of 70 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who planned to undergo thoracoscopic radical resection of lung tumor in Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the study objects from January 2022 to May 2023,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing in operating room.Perioperative indexes,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that in the control group,and the postoperative drainage tube removal time was earlier than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The application of fine nursing in the operating room for thoracoscopic radical resection of lung tumor in patients with lung adenocarcinoma is significant,which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
