中西医结合护理在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的:分析中西医结合护理在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月西安交通大学第二附属医院肿瘤科收治的恶性肿瘤患者112例为研究对象,随机分为传统组和新式组,各56例。传统组接受常规护理,新式组在传统组基础上接受中西医结合护理。比较两组焦虑及抑郁情况、食欲、生活质量、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,新式组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组食欲、健康状况调查简表评分升高,新式组高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数降低,新式组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新式组护理总满意度高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:中西医结合护理应用于恶性肿瘤患者中可缓解患者不良心理,改善食欲、生活质量及睡眠质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with malignant tumor.Methods:A total of 112 patients with malignant tumors were selected as the study objects at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2020 to June 2022,and randomly divided into the traditional group and the neotype group,with 56 patients in each group.The traditional group received routine nursing care,and the neotype group received integrated nursing care based on the traditional group.The anxiety and depression,appetite,quality of life,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale decreased in the two groups,and the neotype group was lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of appetite and health status survey were increased in the two groups,and the neotype group was higher than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the two groups decreased,and the neotype group was lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the neotype group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in patients with malignant tumors can alleviate the adverse psychology of patients,improve appetite,quality of life and sleep quality,and improve nursing satisfaction.
