二维超声联合四维超声诊断胎儿心脏畸形的价值分析

摘要 目的:分析二维超声联合四维超声诊断胎儿心脏畸形的价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月菏泽市单县妇幼保健院收治的高度疑似胎儿心脏畸形的孕妇100例为研究对象。对孕妇实施二维超声检查与四维超声检查。实施引产孕妇以病理诊断结果为“金标准”,活产胎儿以产后超声检查结果为“金标准”。比较二维超声检查与二维超声联合四维超声检查诊断胎儿心脏畸形的准确度、灵敏度、特异度。结果:二维超声联合四维超声检查诊断胎儿心脏畸形的准确度、灵敏度高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方式特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二维超声联合四维超声诊断胎儿心脏畸形的效果较好,灵敏度及准确度较高,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation.Methods:A total of 100 pregnant women with high suspected fetal heart malocclusion were selected as the study objects at the Shan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Heze City from June 2022 to June 2023.Two dimensional ultrasound and four dimensional ultrasound were performed on pregnant women.The"gold standard"is the pathological diagnosis results for pregnant women undergoing induced labor,and the postpartum ultrasound results for live fetuses.To compare the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of two dimensional ultrasonography and four dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosing fetal heart malformation.Results:The accuracy and sensitivity of 2-D ultrasound combined with 4-D ultrasound were higher than that of 2-D ultrasound in diagnosing fetal heart malformation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Two dimensional ultrasonography combined with four dimensional ultrasonography has good effect,high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal heart malformation,and has high clinical application value.
