摘要
针对重载雷达车调平系统的调平“虚腿”问题,通过对传统调平策略的分析和对虚腿补偿原理的描述,提出一种基于称重和水平双反馈的调平复合控制策略。并依据该策略简化算法并设计了调平的软件流程。通过对实际调平过程中的腿称重值和水平角度变化曲线分析,验证该策略可以有效避免“虚腿”现象,同时大大提高了重载雷达车调平的速度。
Aiming at the weak supported leg problem in the heavy-duty radar vehicle system,through the analysis of the traditional leveling strategy and the description of the weak supported leg compensation principle,a leveling compound control strategy based on weighing and horizontal double feedback is proposed.According to this strategy,the algorithm is simplified and the software process of compound leveling is designed.Through the analyses of the actual leg weighing value and the horizontal angle change curve in the actual leveling process,it is verified that the strategy can effectively avoid the phenomenon of the weak legs and greatly improve the leveling speed of the heavy-duty radar vehicle.
