暴力暴露与青少年自杀意念的关系:一个有调节的中介模型

Relationship Between Violence Exposure and Suicidal Ideation Among Chinese Adolescents: A Moderated Mediation Model

采用暴力暴露问卷、青少年自杀意念量表、自尊量表对4498名被试进行调查,以探讨暴力暴露对青少年自杀意念的影响及自尊在二者关系中的作用机制和性别的调节作用.结果显示:暴力暴露显著正向预测青少年自杀意念;自尊在暴力暴露与青少年自杀意念之间起部分中介作用;性别调节了自尊中介作用的后半段路径,即相较于女生,男生的自尊水平对自杀意念的负向预测作用更强.由此可知,目睹或亲历暴力暴露会导致青少年自杀意念产生的可能性增加,因此可以通过提升自尊水平来减少暴力暴露对自杀意念的消极影响,这一点在男生群体中作用更加显著.

A survey is conducted on 4498 participants using violence exposure questionnaire,adolescent suicide ideation scale,and self-esteem scale to explore the impact of violence exposure on adolescent suicide ideation,the mechanism of self-esteem in the relationship between the two,and the moderating effect of gender.The results indicate that exposure to violence is a significant and positive predictor of adolescent suicidal ideation;The relationship between violence exposure and adolescent suicidal ideation is partially mediated by self-esteem;The second half of the pathway of the mediating effect of self-esteem is moderated by gender.Compared with female students,male students'self-esteem has a stronger negative predictive effect on suicidal ideation.Thus,witnessing or experiencing violent exposure increases the likelihood of adolescent suicidal ideation.Improving self-esteem,particularly in boys,can help reduce the negative impact of violence on suicidal ideation.
