中小医院医用气体系统智慧节能应用分析

摘要 探讨了适用于中小医院医用气体系统的节能技术和实施路径。概述了能耗、设备可靠性、管理维护成本、总拥有成本等节能增效评价指标,提出了医用气体的基本安全要求和节能技术措施,确定了实时监测点的具体地点、监测内容及其报警规则,运用中央监测与报警平台实现设备智慧化运行和预测性维护。涉及中心供氧系统的综合改造费用可控制在3500元/床以内,将10年总拥有成本降低26%。 This article explores energy-saving technologies and implementation paths suitable for medical gas scenarios in small and medium-sized hospitals.By defining energy-saving and efficiency improvement evaluation indicators such as energy consumption,equipment reliability,management maintenance costs and total ownership costs,basic safety requirements and energy-saving technical measures for medical gases are proposed.Then,specific locations,contents,and alarm rules for real-time monitoring points are specified.Finally,a central monitoring and alarm platform is used for intelligent operation and predictive maintenance of equipment.The comprehensive renovation cost involving the central oxygen supply system can be controlled within an average of 3500 yuan per bed,reducing its 10-year total ownership cost by 26%.
