摘要
冲击映像法作为一种新兴的无损检测技术,可对注浆修复的公路进行有效地检测,且经济便捷。基于江苏南通市S225如东段高速公路病害及注浆修复情况,采用冲击映像法检测注浆前后的响应波形,使用高质量激发锤获取低频弹性波信号,通过不同介质面上反射得到的响应波形强弱,对注浆前后公路的脱空裂缝情况进行定量可视化的分析。
As a new nondestructive testing technology,the impact image method can detect the highway repaired effectively by grouting,and it is economical and convenient.In relation to the disease and grouting repair situation of S225 east section expressway in Nantong city of Jiangsu province,The response waveform before and after grouting is measured by the impact image method,and the low-frequency elastic wave signal is obtained by using high-quality excitation hammer.Based on the response waveforms reflected on different media surfaces,the void cracks of highway before and after grouting are quantitatively and visually analyzed.
