摘要
依托昌赣客专CGZQ-11标江西南部山区铁路工程,针对现有CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道铺设技术无法适应山区建设环境、轨道板铺设施工组织和关键设备工装无成熟应用经验的问题,结合山区建设环境和铺轨工艺特点,详细阐述轨道板铺设作业面划分、施工工艺流程、作业区段布置、轨道板临时存放、自密实混凝土供应等施工组织方案,研制改造山区铺板关键设备工装、工后缺陷维修设备工装,为类似工程项目施工提供参考和借鉴。
Relying on the railway engineering project of the CGZQ-11 Section of Nanchang—Ganzhou Passenger Special Line in the mountainous area of Southern Jiangxi,aimming at the problems,i.e.the existing CRTSⅢplate ballastless track laying technology can not adapt to the mountainous construction environment,and the track slab laying organization and key equipment tooling have no mature application experience,combined with the construction environment and the characteristics of track laying process in mountainous areas,the construction organization scheme of track slab laying operation surface division,construction process flow,operation section layout,track slab temporary,selfcompacting concrete supply is elaborated,the key equipment tooling and post-construction defect maintenance equipment tooling of the mountain paving are developed and improved.It provides reference for the construction of similar engineering projects.
