摘要
基于武汉某综合性办公建筑项目,建立基坑开挖对周边建筑物影响数值分析模型,利用现场实测数据验证其准确性;分析基坑开挖深度、围护结构水平位移、基坑与建筑物相对位置等因素对既有建筑物变形的影响,形成建筑物变形数据库;建立简化的半经验预测模型,评估基坑邻近建筑物的变形,并通过既有工程的实测数据,验证该理论计算模型的准确性。
Based on a comprehensive office building project in Wuhan,a numerical analysis model for the impact of foundation pit excavation on surrounding buildings was established,and its accuracy was verified using on-site measured data.On this basis,the influence of factors such as excavation depth of the foundation pit,horizontal displacement of the retaining structure,and the relative position of the foundation pit and the building on the deformation of existing buildings was analyzed.A database for the deformation of existing buildings was established,and a simplified semi-empirical prediction model was established to evaluate the deformation of the buildings adjacent to the foundation pit.The accuracy of the theoretical calculation model was verified through the measured data of the existing projects.
