A study of the Effect of Rural Teachers'Burnout on the Tendency to Quit

为探讨乡村教师职业倦怠对离职倾向的影响机制,基于工作要求-资源模型(job demandresource model),采用工作倦怠(MBI-GS)量表、教师离职意向量表、心理韧性简表(BRS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)等方法,从职业倦怠的角度探讨乡村教师的离职倾向,从而为乡村教师的留任机制提供有益参考。

To explore the impact mechanism of rural teachers'burnout on the tendency to quit,the job demand-resource model,the burnout(MBI-GS)scale,the teachers'intention to leave scale,the psychological toughness short form(BRS),and the comprehension social support scale(PSSS)are used to explore the rural teachers'tendency to leave based on the burnout perspective.so as to provide a useful reference for the retention mechanism of rural teachers.
