摘要
含砂雾封层是在传统雾封层基础上改良而来的一种预防性养护技术。为探究含砂雾封层在实际施工中的的应用效果,依托国道G320线(双峰段)养护工程项目,从含砂雾封层的混合料配合比设计、施工流程及质量控制要点、试验路长期跟踪应用观察等方面开展应用研究。结果表明:当砂用量为18.1%、原液固含量为55.1%时,含砂雾封层的综合性能最优,能够对原有路面的细微裂缝、细小坑槽等病害进行有效处置,同时路面抗滑性能及平整度也得到显著提升。通过对试验路使用1年后的跟踪检测,含砂雾封层的整体使用效果良好,虽然抗滑性能及平整度有所衰减,但仍满足规范使用要求,说明含砂雾封层具备良好的耐久性。
Sand-containing fog seal layer is a preventive maintenance technology improved on the basis of traditional fog seal layer.In order to explore the application effect of the sand fog seal layer in the actual construction,the project relies on the maintenance engineering project of the G320 line of the national highway(shuangfeng section),from the mixture ratio design of the sand fog seal layer,construction process and quality control points,Long-term follow-up,application and observation of the test road are carried out to carry out applied research.The results show that when the amount of sand is 18.1%and the solid content of the original liquid is 55.1%,the comprehensive performance of the sand-containing fog seal layer is the best,and it can effectively deal with the micro cracks,small pits and other diseases of the original pavement.Slip properties and flatness are also significantly improved.By tracking and testing the test road after 1 year of use,the overall use effect of the sand fog seal layer is good.Although the anti-skid performance and flatness have been weakened,it still meets the requirements of the standard use,indicating that the sand fog seal layer has good performance.durability.
