沟谷区拌合站场区选址防洪分析

摘要 在沟谷区建设拌合站场区会对现有沟道造成部分挤占,汛期洪水汇集极易发生淹溺等重大安全事故的问题,而以往沟谷区选址过程中由于没有相关水文资料,只能单纯采用危险性评价进行分析。在山西吕梁市兴县自然支沟内拌合站选址过程中通过采用水文分析和水利计算,并建立防洪经验分析计算模型的方法,进行沟谷区拌合站场区选址时的防洪标准等有关技术要求的符合性评价。 In view of the problem that the construction of the mixing station in the valley area will occupy part of the existing ditches,and the flood gathering in the flood season is prone to drowning and other major safety accidents.In the past,because there was no hydrological data in the process of selecting the site in the valley area,only the risk assessment could be used for analysis.In the process of selecting the site of the mixing station in Xing County natural branch ditch in Luliang City,Shanxi Province,the compliance assessment analysis of the relevant technical requirements such as the flood control standards for selecting the site of the mixing station in the valley area was obtained by using the hydrological analysis and water conservancy calculation,and establishing the flood control experience analysis and calculation model.
