摘要
以我国31个省市为案例样本,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法整合科技与交通领域的六个关键前因条件,探讨科交协同驱动区域创新能力提升的组态路径,主要发现:(1)高研发经费和低政府交通财政支持是区域高创新能力的必要条件。低创新主体和低专利申请数是区域低创新能力的必要条件;(2)区域高创新能力的组态路径有3条,分别是“研发经费引导下的科技条件-交通设施型”、“政府主导下的科技条件-交通设施型”和“科技-交通条件全面发展型”;(3)区域低创新能力的组态路径有3条,在创新主体、研发经费和专利申请数缺乏的情况下,政府科技财政与交通财政支持与否,均无法实现高创新能力。
Using 31 provinces and cities in China as case samples,a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to integrate six key antecedent conditions in the fields of science and technology and transportation to explore the grouping path of science and transportation synergy to drive regional innovation capacity enhancement.The study found that:(1)High R&D funding and low government financial support for transportation are necessary conditions for high regional innovation capacity.Low innovation subjects and low number of patent applications are necessary conditions for low regional innovation capacity.(2)There are three paths of regional high innovation capacity,namely"R&D-led technology conditions and transportation facilities","government-led technology conditions and transportation facilities"and"comprehensive development of technology and transportation conditions".(3)There are 3 paths of regional low innovation capacity grouping.In the absence of innovation subjects,R&D funds and patent applications,high innovation capacity cannot be achieved with or without government financial support for science and technology and transportation.
