河西地区民族特色村庄规划编制策略探索——以玉门市小金湾东乡族乡富源村、东兴村、龙泉村为例

Exploration of the strategy for planning and compilation of ethnic characteristic villages in Hexi region--Taking Fuyuan village,Dongxing village,and Longquan village in Dongxiang Ethnic Township,Xiaojinwan,Yumen city as an example

民族特色村庄的文化、建筑景观、村庄风貌都具有独特性,东乡族是甘肃省的一个少数民族,有自身独特的历史文化。玉门市小金湾东乡族乡富源村、东兴村、龙泉村地处河西地区,是1990年经国务院批准,由甘肃省“两西”建设指挥部负责实施的少数民族移民基地,村庄内超过96%的村民为东乡族,具有浓厚的民族特色,是典型的东乡族特色村庄。本文以富源村、东兴村、龙泉村为例,通过分析三个村庄特色及存在的问题,重点关注村庄人口结构、特色产业、村庄文化和建筑风貌,因地制宜地提出强化特色风貌指引、传承特色民族文化、发展特色优势产业等基于村庄特色的规划编制策略。

The culture,architectural landscape,and village style of ethnic characteristic villages all have unique characteristics.Dongxiang ethnic group is a minority in Gansu Province,with its own unique historical and cultural heritage.Fuyuan village,Dongxing village,and Longquan village in Xiaojinwan Dongxiang Ethnic Town ship,Yumen city are located in the Hexi region.They were approved by the State Council in 1990 and implemented by the Gansu Province"Two Wests"Construction Command as a minority immigration base.More than 96%of the villagers in the village are Dongxiang ethnic,with strong ethnic characteristics,making them a typical Dongxiang ethnic characteristic village.This article takes Fuyuan village,Dongxing village,and Longquan village as examples,analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the three villages,focuses on the population structure,characteristic industries,village culture,and architectural style of the villages,and proposes planning and formulation strategies based on village characteristics,such as strengthening the guidance of characteristic style,inheriting characteristic ethnic culture,and developing characteristic advantageous industries,according to local conditions.
