New Quality Productive Forces and Trade Union Work

2023年9月,习近平总书记在黑龙江考察期间首次提出“新质生产力”一词,此后又在多个重要场合作了深入论述。这些重要论述是对马克思主义生产力理论的新发展,进一步丰富了习近平经济思想的内涵。近期,中华全国总工会要求各级工会组织深入学习领会习近平总书记关于发展新质生产力的重要指示精神,从职工、企业、劳动关系和工会角度,找准工作结合点、切入点、着力点,准确把握发展新质生产力对工会工作提出的新要求,组织动员亿万职工群众热情拥抱新质生产力,主动助力、积极推动新质生产力发展,为推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业贡献智慧力量。为此,本刊特邀六位专家学者围绕“新质生产力与工会工作”展开讨论,希望通过这组笔谈文章进一步推动工会界和学术界对这一主题展开更为深入的研究和探讨。

In September 2023,the General Secretary XI Jinping first proposed the term"new quality productivity"during his inspection in Heilongjiang,and has since made in-depth discussions on this topic in many important occasions.These important discussions are a new development of Marxist productivity theory and further enrich the connotation of his economic thought.Recently,the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has requested that trade union organizations at all levels thoroughly study and understand the spirit of the General Secretary's important instructions on developing new quality productivity,and identify the working points,entry points,and focus points from the perspectives of workers,enterprises,labor relations,and trade unions.They should accurately grasp the new requirements for trade union work in developing new quality productivity,organize and mobilize hundreds of millions of workers and the masses to enthusiastically embrace new quality productivity,actively help new quality productivity,and actively promote new quality productivity,contributing wisdom and strength to promoting the great cause of building a powerful country and national rejuvenation.To this end,this journal specially invited six experts and scholars to discuss the theme of"new quality productivity and trade union work",hoping that this group of articles can further promote the trade union and academic circles to conduct more in-depth research and discussion on this topic.
