2021年,在致世界互联网大会乌镇峰会的贺信中,习近平总书记首次提到“数字文明”这个重要概念,它既是马克思主义与中国实际相结合的最新理论成果和实践智慧的结晶,也是中国式现代化建构应有的内涵所在。通过中国式数字文明的演化逻辑、价值意蕴和实践路径的研究,一方面有助于我们深入把握习近平总书记关于数字文明论述的理论精髓;另一方面,在数字经济领跑的世界新格局的变迁中,建设具有中国优势和特色的数字文明将有助于我们在新的世界秩序中优先获得一席之地。

In the congratulatory letter to the 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit,Xi Jinping first mentioned the important concept of“digital civilization”,which not only integrates latest theoretical achievements and practical wisdom of Marxism development practices in China,but also embodies the nature of Chinese path to modernization.Through the study of the evolutionary logic,value implications,and practical paths of Chinese-style digital civilization,on the one hand,the theoretical essence of Xi’s digital civilization would have been fully understood;on the other hand,in the transformation of the new world pattern led by the digital economy,building a digital civilization with Chinese advantages and characteristics will help us prioritize a place in the new world order.
