摘要
混凝土是工程建设主要工程材料,在工程建设中起着不可或缺的作用,然而混凝土配合比又直接影响混凝土工程的施工质量及建设成本。利用粉煤灰同比例取代水泥后,在达到同样工作性(坍落度或流动度)的前提下,可减少用水量,常形象地称之为“减水作用”,可加快水泥絮凝结构包裹水的释放速度,优化拌和物的流变特性,从而改善浆体的润滑作用。结合项目实际情况,开展了大量试验研究,通过试验研究,掺入适量的粉煤灰并不会导致混凝土强度明显下降,混凝土的各项性能指标仍可以满足相关规范要求。
Concrete is the main engineering material in engineering construction and plays an indispensable role in engineering construction.Moreover,the concrete mix ratio directly affects the construction quality and cost of concrete engineering.After replacing cement with fly ash in the same proportion,the water consumption can be reduced while achieving the same workability(slump or flowability),which is commonly referred to as the"water reducing effect".It can accelerate the release rate of water in the cement flocculation structure,optimize the rheological properties of the mixture,and thus improve the lubrication effect of the slurry.Based on the actual situation of the project,a large number of experimental studies have been carried out.Through experimental research,it has been found that adding an appropriate amount of fly ash will not significantly reduce the strength of concrete,and the various performance indicators of concrete can still meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
