工程物资采购与供应链的风险管理研究

摘要 中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司承建向家坝灌区邱场分干渠自贡段工程,该工程项目被称为川南地区“都江堰”、国务院“十三五”期间规划的172项重大水利工程之一,属于特大型水利工程。结合向家坝灌区北总干渠一期一步工程建设中优化物资采购策略、确立正确的采购目标,制定健全完善的管理制度,从而降低物资采购成本和供应链风险,提高市场竞争力。 The concrete required for the treatment and ancillary engineering of Zhengang landslide in Deqin County,Yunnan Province,as well as the upstream emergency rescue channel project,is approximately 251.4×104m3.The material source for the sand and gravel processing system is mainly basalt.It has advantages such as good corrosion resistance,compression resistance,and oxidation resistance,and is difficult to process and crush.It is widely used in various industrial fields.In order to effectively control the quality of finished aggregates,achieve green energy conservation and environmental protection,and ensure the stable operation and production of normal sand and gravel processing systems,this paper studies and develops the optimal process plan and supporting facilities for processing basalt.It can ensure that the quality of sand and gravel aggregates meets the specifications and design requirements,and save operating costs.
