Analysis of the Method for Adjusting the Unit Price of Excavation of Stone Tunnels in Hydropower Engineering

水电工程受勘察设计深度不足、地质构造复杂、合同文件不严谨等影响,合同实施阶段往往会出现较多变更索赔。从工程事件及合同管理的实际出发,在注重实用性、可操作性和知识体系完备性的前提下,针对同一事件引起的索赔提出不同的处理方式,以期达到为水电工程合同管理同行提供参考的目的。

Hydroelectric engineering is often affected by the insufficient depth in survey and design,complex geological structures,and imprecise contract documents.During the implementation stage of the contract,there are often many changes and claims.Starting from the actual situation of engineering events and contract management,while emphasizing practicality,operability,and completeness of knowledge system,different handling methods are proposed for claims caused by the same event,in order to provide reference for peers in hydropower engineering contract management.
