With the increasing demand for outstanding talents in society,vocational college students are facing a more severe employment environment and overall situation.The phenomenon of low employment rate and poor employment quality is not only a great challenge for vocational colleges,but also a huge test of their employment ability.Facing the increasingly fierce employment environment,career planning plays a very important role in promoting the improvement of the employment ability of vocational college students.From the perspective of career planning,this article explores the urgency and influencing factors of improving the employment ability of vocational college students,proposes ways to enhance their employment ability,optimize their career planning and employment guidance system,and provides reference for vocational colleges to solve student employment problems.
