The construction of a high-quality teacher team is an important guarantee for the development of higher education,and teacher ethics and conduct are the core of teacher team construction.The article elaborates on the connotation and necessity of teacher ethics and professional conduct construction,analyzes the problems in the current construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in Chinese universities,and proposes measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct,including building a mechanism for teacher ethics and professional conduct work,innovating teacher ethics and professional conduct training forms,and implementing measures such as teacher ethics and professional conduct evaluation and supervision,providing certain reference for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in university teacher teams in the new era.
