摘要
劳动教育是我国“五育并举”教育理念的重要组成部分,在高职院校开展高质量的劳动教育有助于培养出更适应新时代发展的青年劳动者。文章通过对重庆某高职院校大二年级学生进行有关劳动素养的问卷调查,在实证分析的基础上,对高职院校劳动教育模式改革路径进行了探索,发现高职院校需要更加重视培养学生的劳动观念与精神,优化劳动教育课程建设,加强劳动教育教师队伍建设,构建多样化的劳动教育实践平台。
Labor education is an important component of China's"five educations simultaneously"education concept.Carrying out high-quality labor education in vocational colleges can help cultivate young workers who are more suitable for the development of the new era.This article conducts a questionnaire survey on labor literacy among sophomore students in a vocational college in Chongqing.Based on empirical analysis,it explores the reform path of labor education models in vocational colleges.It is found that vocational colleges need to pay more attention to cultivating students'labor concepts and spirit,optimize labor education curriculum construction,strengthen the construction of labor education teacher teams,and build diversified labor education practice platforms.
