基于OBE理念的行政管理专业人才培养路径探索

Exploration of the Training Path for Administrative Management Professional Talents Based on OBE Concept

行政管理是我国普通高等学校较早开设的专业,以培养具备相关专业理论知识分析和解决行政管理实践问题能力的高素质人才为目标,自成立以来,为我国各行各业培养输送了大量优秀的人才。但随着社会的发展,行政管理专业传统以知识讲授为主的教学模式已难以适应社会发展对人才的需求。OBE理念主张基于产出的教育,强调学生的学习和实践成效,更有利于培养学生的实践和创新能力。文章尝试将OBE理念引入行政管理人才培养体系,探索基于OBE理念的行政管理专业人才培养路径。

Administrative management is an early major offered by ordinary higher education institutions in China,aimed at cultivating high-quality talents with relevant theoretical knowledge and the ability to analyze and solve practical problems in administrative management.Since its establishment,it has provided a large number of excellent talents for various industries in China.But with the development of society,the traditional teaching model of administrative management,which mainly focuses on knowledge teaching,is no longer able to meet the demand for talents in social development.The OBE concept advocates output based education,emphasizing the learning and practical effectiveness of students,which is more conducive to cultivating their practical and innovative abilities.The article attempts to introduce the OBE concept into the administrative management talent training system and explore the path of cultivating administrative management professionals based on the OBE concept.
