摘要
在数智化时代,80%的产业进行了数字化转型,也对教育提出了新的转型要求。教师要积极利用信息技术进行课程教学改革。“商业银行经营与管理”是一门与数字化转型进程中的商业银行密切贴合的课程。文章从剖析学生的学习情况出发并关联教师教学痛点,在以成果为导向的教育理念的指导下,坚持以学生为中心,以培养德能兼修的复合型金融人才为教学引擎,从理念引导、方法创新、内容重构和评价优化四个维度搭建高质量的教学情境来驱动课程教学改革。
In the era of digitalization,80%of industries have undergone digital transformation,which has also put forward new transformation requirements for education.Teachers should actively utilize information technology for curriculum teaching reform."Commercial Bank Operation and Management"is a course closely related to commercial banks in the process of digital transformation.Starting from analyzing the learning situation of students and linking it with the teaching pain points of teachers,under the guidance of a results oriented educational philosophy,the article adheres to student-centered education and cultivates composite financial talents with both moral and physical abilities as the teaching engine.From four dimensions of concept guidance,method innovation,content reconstruction,and evaluation optimization,it constructs a high-quality teaching situation to drive curriculum teaching reform.
