摘要
结合实际工程项目,针对该项目装配式卫生间的施工连接技术,研究了其现浇剪力墙的抗剪性能。通过对比螺栓连接和混合连接方式(上螺栓下搭接)的两种剪力墙及一个现浇剪力墙试件的准静力试验结果,分析了墙体的承载力、钢筋应变、滞回曲线和刚度退化等性能指标,讨论了螺栓连接方式和混合连接在竖向钢筋上的应用,以及不同连接方式对其整体性和抗剪性能的影响。试验结果表明,现浇墙试件和预制墙试件破坏形态类似,整体变形基本相同;但混合连接较螺栓连接性能更优,且现场施工更便捷。本文研究结果为预制结构的施工和设计提供了理论基础,这对其未来的工程应用有重要意义。
Combined with the actual engineering projects,the shear performance of cast-in-place shear wall of an assembled restroom was studied for its construction connection technology.And the hysteresis curve,bearing capacity,stiffness degradation and reinforcement strain of the wall were analyzed by comparing the proposed static tests of two types of shear walls with hybrid connection method(upper bolt-lower lap)and bolted connection and one cast-in-place shear wall specimen.The application of hybrid connection and bolted connection on vertical reinforcement and the effect of different connection methods on its seismic performance and integrity were investigated.The results show that the crack patterns of the precast wall specimens and the cast-in-place wall specimens are similar,as well as the overall deformation.However,the hybrid connection has a better performance than the bolted connection,and its on-site construction is more convenient.The results of this study provide theoretical foundation for the design and construction of prefabricated structures,and it is meaningful for its engineering applications in the future.
