摘要
某一历史文化原因遗留的门式刚架旧厂房建筑需改造为展示厅,以期在加固改造过程中最大程度保留其独特历史风貌。为研究门式刚架在最不利荷载工况下的受力情况和薄弱位置,分别建立PKPMSTS杆系单元模型和ABAQUS有限元模型进行模拟分析。结果表明:改造后门式刚架的薄弱环节主要集中在梁跨中和支座截面;门式刚架特殊开洞构件截面理论计算结果和有限元分析结果基本一致,加固后结构的承载力和稳定性均满足现行规范要求;结构的总体加固量较少,截面开洞的构造基本保留,实现了历史风貌建筑的加固目标。
The old gate style rigid frame factory building left behind due to a certain historical and cultural reason needs to be transformed into a display hall,expecting for preserving its unique historical style to the greatest extent during the reinforcement and renovation process.To study the stress and weak position of portal frames under the most dangerous load conditions,a PKPMSTS member element model and an ABAQUS finite element model were established for simulation analysis.The results indicate that the weak links of the portal frame are mainly concentrated in the beam span and the support section;The theoretical calculation results of the section with the special opening component are basically consistent with the finite element analysis results,and the bearing capacity and stability of the reinforced structure meet the current specification requirements;The overall reinforcement amount of the structure is relatively small,and the structure with cross-sectional openings is basically preserved,achieving the reinforcement goal of historical buildings.
