混凝土裂缝修补质量的Lamb波技术无损检测

摘要 目前对于缺陷混凝土裂缝修补质量的检测,大多是通过外表观察,产生疑问之后对其进行破坏性检测。为探究一种无损检测方法,本文通过应用ABAQUS软件建立有裂缝的缺陷混凝土梁有限元模型,选择最优激励信号,应用Lamb波在跨缝对称检测模式下检测混凝土梁缺陷,通过对比修补前后混凝土构件中接收区域时域信号的小波包能量差,引入两种评价体系,得到裂缝修补质量的评价指标。研究表明,应用Lamb波技术检测混凝土裂缝修补质量有很好的效果。 At present,the detection of the crack repair quality of defective concrete is mostly through the observation of the appearance,and the destructive detection is carried out on it after doubt arises.In order to explore a non-destructive testing method,this paper establishes a finite element model of defective concrete beams with cracks by applying ABAQUS software,selects the optimal excitation signal,applies Lamb wave to detect defective concrete beams in symmetric detection mode across the seams,and introduces two evaluation systems by comparing the difference in energy of wavelet packet of the time-domain signals of the receiving area in the concrete member before and after repair to get the evaluation of the quality of crack repair.Indicator.The study shows that the application of Lamb wave technology has good effect in detecting the quality of concrete crack repair.
