铜胁迫对国槐种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要 在田间条件下,设置5种不同浓度的铜溶液,研究铜胁迫对国槐种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,国槐的种子发芽指标、幼苗生长指标和叶绿素含量随Cu^(2+)浓度的升高先升高后降低,各指标均在T2处理时达到最高。Cu^(2+)浓度超过450 mg/L时,国槐幼苗的O^(-)_(2)含量、MDA含量、4种保护酶活性和脯氨酸含量显著高于对照。Cu^(2+)浓度超过750 mg/L时,国槐幼苗的根长、苗高、鲜重显著低于对照,H_(2)O_(2)含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性含量显著高于对照。综上所述,0 mg/L~150 mg/L的Cu^(2+)浓度会促进国槐种子发芽和幼苗生长,但Cu^(2+)浓度超过750 mg/L时会产生明显的胁迫效应,因此,国槐育苗中Cu^(2+)浓度不宜超过750 mg/L。 Under field conditions,5 different concentrations of copper solutions were set up to study the effects of copper stress on the germination of Sophora japonica seeds and physiological characteristics of seedlings.The results showed that the seed germination index,seedling growth index and chlorophyll content of Sophora japonica increased first and then decreased with the increase of Cu~(2+) concentration.And all the indicators reached their highest levels in T2 treatment.Compared with contrast,the O~-_(2) content,MDA content,4 protective enzymes activities and proline content in the seedlings of Sophora japonica significantly increased when the concentration of Cu~(2+) concentration exceeded 450 mg/L.When the concentration of Cu~(2+) concentration exceeded 750 mg/L,the root length,seedling height and fresh weight of Sophora japonica seedlings significantly decreased,while the H_2O_(2) content,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content significantly increased.In summary,Cu~(2+) concentration ranging from 0 mg/L to 150 mg/L could promote seed germination and seedling growth of Sophora japonica.However,significant stress effects would occur when Cu~(2+) concentration exceeded 750 mg/L.Therefore,the Cu~(2+) concentration in Sophora japonica seedlings should not exceed 750 mg/L.
